Submission Wrestling is also known as known as submission fighting, submission grappling, sport grappling, or simply as No-Gi. We will teach you takedown and takedown defence, the ground control positions from the top and bottom, enabling you to defend yourself in any position.

With the popularity of UFC and other cage fighting organisations, people have started to realise the significance of being able to defend themselves on the ground. If you want to compete in Amateur or Pro MMA then submission wrestling or no gi is a must.
